Hi all,
the Japanese mapping authority GSI provide aerial orthophoto for
disaster mapping. Thus, the data could be used from here:
GSI has released photos from photogrammetric flights at
http://saigai.gsi.go.jp/mosaic/index.html.
Among them there are a kind of orthophotos (simplified process and less
pixels); you can get a JPEG
http://saigai.gsi.go.jp/h23taiheiyo-ortho/CTO-2010-4-ortho-0602.jpg
with a world file
http://saigai.gsi.go.jp/h23taiheiyo-ortho/CTO-2010-4-ortho-0602.jgw
from PDF
http://saigai.gsi.go.jp/mosaic/pdf/sendai_0602.pdf .
greets,
