[HOT] DigitalGlobe WMS URL ( Lot's of Progress in Erciş, Turkey)

Hi Pierre,

The Problem seems to be fixed within the last couple of hours.
The URL at OSMTM contained some variables that were not resolveable for 
JOSM, at least for my tested version (4550).
