[HOT] [HOT tasking server] login available again

Hello all,

Some of you may not have noticed it but several changes on the
OpenStreetMap website 3-4 days ago made it impossible to login to
tasking server application.
With the help from others, I finally got it working again.

I'm really sorry for the convinience.
