[HOT] Training Working Group

Hi All,

In the interest of better coordination we'd like to form Working
Groups for HOT.

Nicolas and I are going to start the training one.

Things we'd like to do:

* Coordinate online trainings for interested parties like GISCorps and
the Stand By Task Force
* Consolidate Training Materials
* Improve Missing Topics
* Coordinate inperson trainings
