[HOT] Addition to the H.O.T Materials

Hi all

About a month back, there was a discussion here on the HOT mailing list about the manual for the OSM potlatch editor. Some members here may not have had access to the document, but now, it has been uploaded to the osm wiki page in the section for HOT materials, and you can access it at this Link (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Humanitarian_OSM_Team/Working_groups/Training#Google_Docs).

It's Disecting the openstreetmap, and it has an introduction to osm and editing with potlatch, it is available for all to go through, improve, use and share with others. All changes are welcome, the editable file can also be given to anyone interested, if you contact us.
