[HOT] Reminder: 2nd Activation WG meeting

The second Activation Working Group meeting will be tomorrow, Thu 22 Mar, at 14:00 UTC on the #hot IRC channel on irc.freenode.net.

The meeting agenda will be to try to firm up statements of the issues raised by the working group at the last meeting and on the mailing list since, with volunteers to be sought to take point on each.
