[HOT] HOT Version of Walking Papers

Hi,

Unfortunately, fieldpapers also sometimes got hiccup (stuck on 10%) and
sometimes doesn't work with Bing imagery.
Walking papers is important because people can put it back to JOSM easily
with the plugins (..and there is a lot of demand from
our training participants so they can put their own)
