[HOT] Mapa Inundaciones La Plata

Sorry, I can guess at the Spanish but have no hope of writing in it. 
I've been mapping in Mali, and have been at a loss to know how to tag 
both the high-water and low-water marks of the Niger Inland Delta other 
than doing high water only and adding intermittent=yes. Is there a 
better way, or is the matter one of creating special-purpose data sets 
for the La Plate flooding?
