[HOT] Access to ArcGIS and Testing the HOT Export Tool

Hi

As far as I know, polygons in shapefiles arent supposed to have a
particular orientation. I would doubt this is the problem.

Maybe an incorrect definition of multi-polygons and polygons with holes? Or
polygons that are not closed in OSM (and thus are seen as lines by
osm2pgsql)?

It would be great if people having experienced the bug can share an example.

And yes, in any case it would be good to specify the crs on the webpage!
