Hi Crisismappers,
FYI that we have a map up for the flooding in the Philippines:
http://www.google.org/crisismap/2013-maring

It currently has a State of Calamity/Emergency layer and a Shelters layer,
as well as some data on the storm, rainfall, etc.  If anyone is aware of
other publicly licensed maps or datasets which might be useful and
available, please let me know so I can pass it on to the team curating the
map.
