[HOT] Hot export tool

[amrit karmacharya]

i want to make a shapefile from the hot export tool. i created the job
http://hot-export.geofabrik.de/jobs/1952 but the results are empty. i used
the default preset, indonesian presets and also a newly defined preset and
it was empty in all.
