[HOT] Video, Eurosha training in Plaisians - September

Hi Marine,

It would be good to understand what is too complicated. Ideally we don't
want to put more training materials in the wiki. The idea is to have
LearnOSM serve as the teaching materials of HOT. They were created and
tested through a series of trainings over the past 2 years in Indonesia.

This feed back is necessary and can be provided either through the HOT list
or on http://github.com/hotosm/learnosm

Thanks,

Kate
