[HOT] Tech Chat Report Back

Hey everybody

Had a good chat yesterday on #hot, focused on HOT tech. We did a go round with everyone sharing what they've been working on. Some good connections were made in the conversation, including sharing that UNHCR has forked and is using our work on humanitarian mapping styles (https://github.com/unhcr/HDM-CartoCSS). One solid need that came out was a simple tracking of all the tech projects and services, which we've started on the wiki. Please add your stuff!
