Hello,
There is a service that providing OpenStreetMap for Garmin GPS format. And
I think it's updated every 24-48 hours.
Check out this link:
http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl
It's great tool! You can download it as Garmin basecamp map or mapsource
(both windows and mac). Or you can download it as .img format.
