[HOT] [Reflexion] Where does LearnOSM end, where does the OSM wiki begin?

Just a thought from a non contracted user:
I want to add a vote to Kate's 3rd point. When Internet connection is quite
unstable and not easily available for all at the same time, it is really
great to have documentation which can be downloaded, directly in a nice
print-format, even for intermediate and advanced skills. That's one concern
less, very appreciated when organizing OSM events.
