I'm +1 for the need of a map of all the current (and maybe past) 
deployments of HOT on the website, with links to project pages with more 
details.

Just a thought: to ease the process of maintaining this map up to date, 
you maybe should try the option of uMap. You can add editors (piersen, 
AndrewBuck...), and give them rights to update the map POIs.
