[HOT] HIU Tile Caches

Good morning, everyone.

The HIU tile caches will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow afternoon beginning
at 2pm (*Friday, July 26, 2013 2PM EST*) for 1 hour.  The caches may
experience degraded performance from 2pm to 3pm.  We apologize for the
inconvenience.
