Hey folks,

There has been talk of upgrading the current site to Drupal 7, and other
folks requesting new functionality being added, and both are all well and
good.

However, it might help us figure out to best proceed if we had a clear idea
of what we are trying to accomplish with the website. Who are the target
audiences, and what are we trying to get them to do? What are the goals,
and how do we measure them?

Has there been any sort of discussion about this sort of stuff in the past,
and are there perhaps any documents that have already been produced? If
not, are folks interested in spending the time to have that discussion?

Thanks!

Mike
