[HOT] Mali now availalbe in Osmand, any more needed?

Thanks a lot for this.

I would like to see humanitarians using such tools on the ground to report various POI's. But we would have to convince them how easy it would be to work, probably offline, add POI's and send this to the OSM database. Do we have an HowTo for non GIS specialists?

Other places where we have Activation presently are 

- DR  Congo
- Syria
