[HOT] Use of the HOT Export Tool

Hi Everyone,

This is a reminder that the HOT Export Tool is a shared resource. Do
not delete other people's presets from the configuration.

For example "Presets from Mapping Jakarta" unless you are involved in
the Mapping Jakarta project please do not hide this preset. It is
clearly labeled and there for a reason.

Under the same vein, please label your own presets clearly as well
when you upload them.
