Speaking for myself, I would like to publicly thank John for his service as a member of HOT's Board of Directors.

John, thank you for the conscience and the conscientiousness which you have brought to HOT's Board. Your steadying influence will surely be missed. I hope that we will be able to continue to rely on your invaluable efforts to build bridges between HOT and other disaster response communities, all the same. And, of course, congratulations on the new gig!
