[HOT] LearnOSM Launches with New Design

Hi Maning,

I've cc'd Alex Barth who might be able to answer about the page build error.

As for the Intermediate and Advanced I don't think there is a reason
we can't start formatting them from the Google Docs where they are
currently available. You may have seen that HOT Indonesia has released
a draft version of them to the OSM-id community. There are a couple
chapters where the English version needs to get caught up, but we
could prioritize based on what is ready.
