Thanks everyone for the encouraging words.

- For PDF I suggest we just do print friendly pages that anyone can convert
to PDF, cheap to maintain, satisfies offline needs

- Just ignore on-GitHub build errors, this is b/c of the CNAME file that
has to point to learnosm.org. I personally shut off email notification from
rebuilds, it's not useful anyway. I do however encourage you to run the
site locally before issuing a pull request and check for build errors there.
- Migration of intermediate / advanced / training material can start right
away. Jue and I are not planning on doing this migration, so volunteers are
invited to step up :-) https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/issues/10
