Has anyone get any consensus on how to tag the national and provincial
roads in RDC?
There is a wiki [1] with very nice info about the roads, with their
references and routes, but it doesn't say how to tag each of them:
trunk, primary, secondary, tertiary and unclassified.
Any clue?
Cheers,
Rafael Ávila Coya (edvac).
