Hello,

As mentioned by JGC's links and Pierre:
>From the end of February to the 5th of March, violent fightings between a
rebel groups and the national army took place inside Ktichanga city. That
event resulted in the destruction of more than 500 buildings, 80 deads,
hundreds of wounded and thousands people fleeing out of the town (some to
the north and many to the south, even upto Sake).
Some humanitarian organisations are currently assisting the affected
population and accurate maps of the area haven't been available yet. We are
currently trying to reach all of them with OCHA support. Thanks to the US
Department of State and to OpenStreetMap contributors, digitizing the area
has been made possible, thank you very much for all your contributions so
far!

Claire

ps: sorry for not answering requests earlier, whole weekend without power!
