[HOT] Trouble with HOT Exports?

The server hard drive probably filling up faster because some people
selected large area. By large, I mean a whole country like Indonesia or
even a continent, it was happened on January when I was unable to extract
Jakarta for flood response.

I don't know if it was happened on purpose or not, but I think it's a good
idea to have a login system so we can track export activities. Or maybe in
the future development, Hot Export should have limited export size/area.
