[HOT] Mapping the Garment Factories, May 25

One note of clarification -- we're looking to connect OSM into the the
proposed data expedition process, including tracing buildings, using
specific tags, and organizing the factory lists.  One goal is to make this
range of company-provided factory locations actually usable.

Any help (and perspective) now or in the future is welcome!
