[HOT] Typhoon Haiyan - Locating Villages and Connecting Roads

Thank you for the second tasking "locating the village", it will be important
also.

Regarding tacloban, the image is dark. Is it possible to request an other
pre-image  where we could change the setting and why not get a more recent
pre-image, could be useful for quality control in case.
