They are not yet available.

CNES has programmed the acquisition of 2 Pleiades zones, and Fred is
going to UNOSAT tomorrow to check that we will be able to use them as
quickly as possible after acquisition, and how (OSM France has servers
available that have already been used this summer to process and host
images of Khartoum floods). He'll also see whether they have pre-event
imagery that could be used to map the areas for which Bing is not
available in high resolution.

The other space agencies activated for the Charter (USGS, KARI, ISRO)
would have to give their authorization for OSM to be given access to
their images for this event.
