[HOT] Blog Post from HOT and Summary from DHN

Hi All,

I put a blog post together stating what we were doing and linking to
resources for responders(1). If you have additional resources you
think might be useful please let me know. Also there is a blog post
about the Digital Humanitarian Network (DHN) up as well which has more
information about what other partners are doing(2).

Sorry we didn't have clear notification that we were activating with
DHN this time. OSM was not requested to be part of the solution team,
but when the activation preparation showed to be useful we ended up
involved. There should probably be a more clear way to figure out how
that works. Note, I'm a coordinator overall for the DHN network and
will bring up in our monthly meeting.
