Hello again everyone.  I have a few more jobs for affected areas
farther west along the storm's path.  The Cebu job (number 347) is
probably the highest priority but the others are important too.  The
goal is to map both roads and buildings.  For most of this area the
roads have already been traced but give them a quick look over for any
bridges as well, please map any you find.

Thanks again to everyone for all the help so far.  According to
Pascal's statistics over 350 people have already contributed to this
activation.  I have been sharing the maps and map data that you all
have been producing with numerous different organizations and gotten a
great response from them.  There are already people starting to use
fieldpapers printed from OSM in the Philippines and more are on the
way.  Right now the biggest problem we are having is simply getting
map data to people in the field because their internet connections are
to slow to send the files to them.  If people have ideas on how to
improve this situation that would be much appreciated.
