[HOT] In Person Mapathons

Guys,

We're working on getting more post-disaster imagery for damage assessments. If we get that then we'll see a lot more tasks going up — covering the same areas, but now with a post-disaster satellite layer. At which point there will be plenty of valuable things to do.

No promises, but hang tight.

Cheers,
Robert

Maning,

Yes, I wanted part of the community to also assess damage info in Vietnam. Though I did not receive any update from the team there so far and media/government is not mentioning information on damages there. Last info I got was two days ago that Hanoi was not as badly hit as expected, but Hai Phong and Hai Binh were at the front of Haiyan passage. Though information are possibly in Vietnamese that it might have slipped away from my radars...

I will try to update the community if I get any feedback from team there. Not sure if you guys got any info from the region...

Liana
