  * re-adding features to tasking manager 2

  * he 'volunteered' to help out with LearnOSM translation stuff, there are some
naming convention issues
  * reports that frederik fixed hot-exports failing uploads
  * raised the question of adding Nepal and Mongolia to the exports (we are
waiting for Frederik)

skorasaurus:
  * worked on HDM carto rendering issues
  * which it's available as an OSM layer
  * kindly hosted by OSM-FR, no apparent load on the server, however it's there
might be when 'offline' mobile apps start downloading the tiles
  * there are requests to export from CartoCSS to SLD (QGIS/ArcGIS)

dodobas:
  * reports the setup of satellite mailer system on new HOT server (amelia)
  * also there is a half-baked setup of the tasking-manager-v2
(tasks-v2-dev.hotosm.org)
  * created mapproxy/mapserv WMS/TMS service for the imagery of the Hai Phong
area (http://haiphong.hotosm.org/)
  * new Drupal7 site is in the works (http://www-dev.hotosm.org/), but there are
no updates from clara
  * plans on moving tasking manager to the new server, and continue with the
setup of taskingV2
