[HOT] Time zone

Hi,

Kathmandu Living Labs is a group of people working on OpenStreetMap in
Kathmandu. We are celebrating SotM in Nepal this 6th, 7th and 8th. Apart
from our other activities, we want to live screen the talks from State of
the Map 2013 UK conference. To schedule our activities we need to convert
the time schedule to ours but the schedule in the main event page doesn't
state the time zone (GMT/BST). Which one is SotM using?
