[HOT] Monitoring changesets that occurs only within a specific bounding box

Hi Edouard,

I use WhoDidIt to generate RSS feeds of changes in areas I'm interested in.
I find it works very well:

http://simon04.dev.openstreetmap.org/whodidit/
