[HOT] Question habout the http://export.hotosm.org for South America

Hi All,

We have added South America and part of Central America. We are reaching
the upper limits of what we can do with the current server and the export
tool though. The issue being that it is designed for fast processing, but
not necessarily having the entire world available. There are architectural
decisions that were made because of this, so long term maybe some changes
need to happen.

Thanks,

-Kate
