[HOT] Communications Working Group Meeting 2

Hi All,

I think this week is a good time to have another Communications Working
Group meeting. We will meet on IRC. Sorry for the delay.

Let's do the same Friday time we did last time, hopefully it works for
people. August 8th at 14:00 UTC(1).

I began the outline of a Terms of Reference for the group(2). Please if you
are interested in joining us take and look and add suggestions.

If you can't make this time and are interested in participating or have
other questions please direct them my way.
