[HOT] HOT 1 Year Strategy Outline Feedback Requested

Hi All,

One of the tasks that came out of the in person board meeting a few weeks
ago was development of a one year strategic plan. There was an initial
strategy brainstorming at the meeting and I've taken some of the other
themes and put them into a strategic plan outline. The idea is to have a
concise three page strategy which will then be supported by other documents
for execution of the plan. At the moment what I'm sharing is an outline.
The idea is to obtain feedback prior to writing the detailed plan.

The goal is to have a board approved year strategic plan after the
September 16th monthly board meeting.

Here is the overall schedule for feedback and writing:

Data entry from board meeting - July 29th
Strategic Plan Outline completed - August 6th
Board provided feedback in Outline - August 11th
Voting Membership Feedback on outline - August 12th - 19th
Community Feedback on outline August 14th - 20th
Kate drafts strategic 1 year plan - August 19th - 21st
Board review of strategy - August 21- 23rd
Community and Voting Membership review and feedback - August 24th -
September 5th
Kate includes review and feedback into plan - September 12th
Board approves and publishes - September 16th
