Each LandSat 8 frame will be from a different date in general, however
they are all very new.  The satelite has only ben capturing images for
about a year now, so they can't be any older than that.  This means
they are almost always newer than the Bing imagery.

Unfortunately this area has a lot of deforestation for farmland, small
scale mining, and palm or rubber tree plantations.  So when you see
these appearing suddenly in the imagery that is usually what they are.
