[HOT] Volunteer to Assist in Extracting Iraq Placenames

Hi All,

Thanks for all the offers of help. I should have been a bit more clear on
the technical skills required for this.

- Be able to extract specific name data out of the OSM database for various
types of place names (villages, populated places, etc)
- As a later step potentially be able to add back in additional names that
were translated.
