Nice work so far Fran; one thing I would add though is that you should
include the OSM id of the object and whether it is a node, way, or
relation (can omit this of course if they are all for nodes only.  An
additional thing to include would be the version number of the object
that you extracted.

Adding these extra fields will make it possible for an automated tool
to handle the updating of the places with the new tags that will be
added by the translators.
