[HOT] Simple address codes for buildings

This is definitely an interesting idea.  I have looked at 'what 3
words' before and thought it might be useful for numerous things.
Identifying buildings as you have suggested is one interesting idea
and there are others as well.  It would be interesting if this could
be done in an offline fashion, so that people generating field reports
where internet access is not available could use the what 3 words api
offline to generate a field report and then tweet that or email it
once they get back online.  This is definitely something we should
look into further.
