[HOT] Is the Humanitarian rendering facing issues?

Hi,

Seems the humanitarian rendering has not been updated for several days (eg
for Nzako that has been entirely mapped last week:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2882969076#map=14/6.1249/22.8613&layers=H).
Is there a problem with its rendering server?

If so, would be good not to use it in the Tasking Manager, as it is
complicated to choose the most interesting tasks in an empty map where
villages have been added recently (eg here: http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/558,
to be compared with Mapnik:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=13/13.1387/-1.1067)

Is an openlayers layers switcher planned to be implemented in TM v2?
