[HOT] Ebola Re-Activation

Dear all,
I'm a newcomer and would like to volunteer as a contributor. I provided
some inputs to the Serbia Floods, so I got some understanding of how the
Tasking Manager works.
I've read the recent emails about the re-activation of the Ebola call, but
I must admit that without tasking manager it is quite confusing and
difficult to provide meaningful contributions. I tried to do something in
the northern area of Guinea, following the email from Ralf Stephan
mentioning the cases in the Boffa prefecture. But without any guidance and
in the absence of any feedback, it becomes quite frustrating, since I have
no clue whether what I am doing has any usefulness or any meaning.
May I ask you to start the tasking manager for the Ebola reactivation call?
If this is not possible, maybe you could provide a clear list of
instructions for newcomers, so we may provide focused and meaningful
contributions?
