[HOT] Mapping Bassikounou, Mauritania - ICRC request

Should we tag the ponds with "landuse=pond" or with "natural=water" and
"water=pond"? For me it looks like the ponds are more natural than
man_made... Or does anyone find some good guideline to distinguish man
made ponds?
