[HOT] Intensity Map

Hi -

Here's a tool I saw a talk about recently: spruce-leaf
https://github.com/MastodonC/spruce-leaf

All you need is:
 * a CSV file with some data in
 * a GeoJSON file defining your regions
 * a JSON file to choose your configuration settings

And the result... looks like this example:

You can do it completely offline.
