[HOT] Mapping Lubumbashi, DRC

Hello everyone,
I am very new here and would like to practice so I can help your mapping
effort (once I am vetted as 'safe' :)
What is the best sandbox for me to play in?

I thought I would take one square on the task like Avenue de Koni near
Hospital and then compare it to the actual work you guys do.

Can you guide me on the best first step?
I installed and tested Mumble, read Beginner's Guide, installed JOSM and
tested creating a road.
Was not able to get up for your mumble today (4am my time) but will try
next one.
