[HOT] Libraries without Borders - Ideas Box

Hi Yann,
This is something that Frederik Ramm helped the Red Cross out with during
the Typhoon Haiyan response. The code was a little rough and ready but
perfectly functional for our needs. Really helped out a lot for our
disconnected folks on the ground.
Perhaps we could follow up with him to see how ready to go that project is
right now? I've been meaning to do so for a while anyways.
