I forgot a third point that I consider important for this Polio
erradication project:

3) I would suggest to edit the residential limits
(landuse=residential) of all human settlements if possible, as this
could be used to have an estimate (using GIS tools) of the population
living in each city/town/village/hamlet and in a certain area, and so
being able to much better planify the action of the health staff and
the health supplies they will need for each action.

It would make the job a bit bigger and slower, but I think it would
pay off. But in this case, the decision is on your hands.

I will help in the mapping as much as I can, but I want to stress once
again that you have to clarify, at least, the road tagging scheme we
will follow, and make it available in the "instructions" tab of the
job 474 of the TM.
