[HOT] Hot Export Garmin GPS File Broken link

For the Ebola Crisis, we provide a link to the Hot Export. In the list of files offered, the Garmin GPS link is broken.

I opened an issue yesterday in Github for this. It would be nice if somebody can fix this.
